Does anyone know of any NZ sites or places where I can get 128mb sdram 66mhz, non-parity, 10ns. I know the stuff is getting hard to find but surely someone must know where there is some. Or even some PC100 or 133 that is backward compatable with PC66. New or second hand (in good working condition) any help woulf be appreciated. |

any computer shop would have pc133 ram which is compatible with pc66. i even have some pc100 (brand new) here at the moment.
just check what your motherboard can actually handle size wise. some of the pc66 mobo's can only handle 64meg max. |

Acording to the computer manufacturer web page it can handle 2 X 128 megs sticks. All it has at the moment is a pathetic 32 megs and win98 se so it is running exceptionally slow despite being as optimised as I can get it. Need more ram to improve performance. It is using an early Celeron 300mhz with NO L2 Cache (another reason why I need more memory for it) |
