I use to have SP1 but since reinstalling I havent and the tech told me that it needs to be installed properly and they would do it for a fee - yeah yeah pay them money NOT. So I havent reinstalled it again. Can someone tell me about this one on updates. Is it just a matter of click the button to install and she does it by herself or is there more to it. I know you have to disable firewalls and virus but other than that and ideas please??? Thanks Bug |

| 167901 | 2003-08-14 23:24:00 | It's no big deal. Just make sure you have administrative privilages (able to load and delete programs) and close down as much as possible from your tray. Then run the setup file. Just a case of follow your nose after that. After that is done, then choose windows update and add the critical patches from Microsoft. |
