What I am looking for is a good description that helps me explain to people how they can appear to have a virus when they are completely clean and hidden behind a firewall. (that is the virus has harvested their email address and spoofed it) Ideas anyone? |

GOOGLE (http://www.google.com/) or use a link to some info from SYMANTEC on What is the difference between viruses, worms, and Trojans?
