In windows Xp home edition I seem to have lost the help facility. I refer to help and support that appears on the desktop. I tried clicking on help and support in the programs folders but nothing happens. In the windows folders there are lots of icons with the question mark in them but no response from clicking on to the question mark icon on the desktop. Any suggestions please ? |

I see from your previous posts that you have been using EasyCleaner. It has a known bug whereby it "cleans" up some of the required files in XP that Help and Support need to run.
You can get this fixed by running the script found here: Repairs Windows® XP Help and Support after running Easy Cleaner (www.dougknox.com) |
