I'm not sure if it was the actual program or an installer (it has now been deleted from my system, and I'm not game enough to try it). Mike. |

| 169473 | 2004-02-06 07:49:00 | I cant find it now either. I found the reference to it in the Newsletter archive here (www.simtel.net), Unknown Device Indentifier 3.01, but clicking on it takes you to the Welcome page only. I also searched through the Simtel ftp site, but couldnt find a likely candidate for it. |

| 169475 | 2004-02-06 08:04:00 | Lol what a scam. It was probably intentionally designed to be a trojan, then someone noticed it trying to connect to the net for no apparent reason and submitted it to SARC etc. I think I might stick to aida32 :) |

| 169476 | 2004-02-06 08:18:00 | I just found this app hosted at voodoo files,It came up as clean when i scanned it. Tried it out and its okay, although it has shown up every usb device ive ever pluged into it,my camera apears at least twice and my memory stick multiple times...i presume thats an entry for every usb slot ive plugged it into. Its also showing a lot of hardware that is no longer in my system,as well as 3 different entries for my tv card, presumibly because i have had it in 3 different pci slots..... The tv card is no longer present in the actuall system either. |
