| 169858 | 2003-08-23 11:39:00 | she is using xp pro,avg virus,agnitum outpost firewall,I got her to run spybot in the hope it may have helped.I did go to the google search and scouted about in a few links and ended up more confused than when I started.Next step might be something like "hi jack this".Any thoughts greatfully recieved. | moamanz (1857) | ||

| 169860 | 2003-08-24 03:38:00 | Also another thought is that the AVG is picking it up in the compressed system restore file. To eliminate this, turn off system restore and restart computer. Then turn the system restore back on. Now check again and see if it is picked up. |
