| 169749 | 2003-08-23 02:30:00 | This is for a freind. He turned the computer on in the morning, and no desktop items were there, and no taskbar thing with the start menu. None of the F keys on the keyboard work, so you cant get into help buy pressing F1, to get to the restore thing. Is there anyway to fix it? Windows XP I told them about the repair feature on the XP CD. If that is used, will it wipe all their stuff, or what? |

| 169753 | 2003-08-24 01:21:00 | Is there a way they can get into the windows help, so they can try a system restore? They cant right click, none of the F# keys work, but they can get to C drive, so is there a link in C dirve to the help or something? |
