| 169649 | 2003-08-22 15:41:00 | When i capture video from a VCR tape to my pc with PCI TV/FM Tuner Card, (XH6765- dse.co.nz) i wall ways get a ugly line along the bottom of the video. can anyone help me fix this, it could be the capture card. But it does not do it when i connect my video camera and record vedio. this ugly line is making me so mad help please. |

It could be that the PC isn't keeping up at the setting you have (not sure how fast your machine is). It could be interference, but almost sounds like tracking (like you used to get in the old days with VCRs). robo. |
