Just yesterday i downloaded Service Pack 1a Now in Add/Remov program i have about 16 Windows Xp Htofix e.g Windows XP Hotfix (SP2) Q328310 and also few of them show as Windows XP Hotfix - KB823980 Can i safely remove them now i have got service pack as it has all the fixes or are these fixes for issues that came after SP1 was released. | 170194 | 2003-08-24 22:56:00 | You would be unwise to uninstall them, there is no clear information that would suggest removal of a prior hotfix is a good idea. You would need detailed info on the coding of all patches to determine the safety. Why would you want to remove them anyway? |
