170030 2003-08-24 01:02:00 I am getting literally 100s (sometimes 1000s) of ICMP unreachable (Ping) attacks from within the dialup.xtra domain every day (I use a reverse DNS program to find culprits) every day since the "worm" attacked the world and am wondering if its aimed at me or if Xtra have no idea how to stop this traffic on their system? All these attacks are being caught by ZA Pro along with the worms 135 and 445 port scans from everywhere else. This morning since 9.30am I have had over 300 pings aimed at me from the dialup.xtra domain.

Can Xtra not do anything about this (like blocking pinging for instance) or do they not actually care? Anybody else got this problem?

170031 2003-08-24 01:16:00 i'm assuming you mean your receiveing the icmp requests from that whitehat worm thats counterattacking blaster. don't bother with it. it will fade once people clean it out of their systems. tweak'e (174)
