| 170219 | 2003-08-25 03:54:00 | How many of you have got stuck on the last day of the activation period, and not yet activated? This happened to me and it wouldn't connect to the inter net and acivate, and of course it refused to let me in, so i had to phone up, expecting to get an operatar, i had to then push lots of buttons for the install ation id, witch i had left 6 numbers out and it really didn'y notice to the end. In The end, i reccomend acivating windows as soon as you get it. |

| 170220 | 2003-08-25 04:03:00 | actually with the new puter the guy that installed it for me did it, by phone as it wasnt net able then and it was so good not to have that popup popping up at me all the time like last time.... nice to have that sort of service sometimes but yeah it is a pain otherwise.... win / microsoft must have a better way of doing it surely? beetle |
