MSN just says "theres a problem with internet connection blah" Yahoo without a problem Emails sending and receiving perfect... did a full virus scan earlier this afternoon and no virus was detected... msn is msn6... am using winxp home with NIS and NAV running...always have had them running... |

I'm not sure who provides Quik's upstream bandwidth . Try going to Start --> Run --> cmd --> OK and enter in the following: tracert www . novell . com Copy and post the results . |

I'm still perplexed as to how ICQ etc is connecting if you can't get international traffic. Just for shits and giggles I tried calling their Wellington helpdesk and got an after hours call centre that couldn't help. Offere a call back but not being a customer I declined ;-) |

| 170134 | 2003-08-24 07:04:00 | Sorry, nothing I know of . Dial up to a different ISP seems the best option, it should come right fairly quickly I would imagine, ISP's are usally quick to resolve international problems . |
