Its not really OT, but those seeking careers in programming do need to know what they will be up against now and in the future.

OT: I remember seeing this site where you could converse with a computer using Artificial Intelligence. You could ask it anything, and receive reasonable conversation back. The programmers were "training" the AI to self-learn from the interaction, as you were asked at the end of your conversation how would you rate the responses from the AI. Very interesting.
