| 170650 | 2003-08-26 07:38:00 | You will see another thread on the tilde icon appearing on the desktop further down the page ... However, it appears when you add or edit your Outlook Express address book. It is only a temporary file and can be deleted - it will however reappear when you next edit the adress book. This glitch is from one of the recent updates for IE. It doesn't affect everyone. |
