There maybe a number of thing, which might be causing your problem here, are a few things...

1. You’re ISP (a DNS problems) or other thing on the ISP end….
2. The web host (the company who host the site might be having problems with there servers)
3. You not typing in the URL correct
4. Other things/issues...

170901 2003-08-27 05:06:00 Are these photo's on their personal homepage, or a website that allows members to upload photo's to using photoalbum type software?

When you enter in the URL, do you get 404 error messages or similar, or some other site loading?

If the relatives are using the photoalbum type site, you often need to enter in a username and password to access the photo's. There will be a login area on the website main page (hopefully), and you will need to use the login details provided by your relative.

170904 2003-08-27 05:39:00 Have someone who has access to the website to go to the site and copy the url's address and paste it into an email to you. You should then be able to just click on the url and go to the page. If that doesn't work then you definitely have problems. Fire-and-Ice (3910)
