| 170993 | 2003-08-27 14:26:00 | Hello I have a problem trying to access system tools. When I go down the All programs/accessories path I get as far as system tools & then get the "Windows explorer has encountered problem & needs to close" window. I can access disk check and defrage by going to my computer/properties but can not get to system restore. If I try through control panel/system I can get to the restore window where I can turn off system restore & adjust amount of disk space to use but still can not access system restore. Any help will would be appreciated. OS = XP Gerry |

| 170994 | 2003-08-27 21:43:00 | I may be way off track here as I don't use XP but.... Have U tried Start/Help/ Use system restore Thats one of the two ways ME gets to restore. Can't help getting you to System Tools though :-) |
