| 170943 | 2003-08-27 11:16:00 | I have a Brother MFC5100 fax, printer scanner all in 1.. got everything installed and all is great.. but just got some paper and put it in feeder, and it had to do a test print, so i did that...and then its saying theres a paper jam, so i open it and look for any jams and theres nothing....and then when i close cover it says set paper and press faxstart...so i do that over and over and over and over and over again... what am i doing wrong? |

| 170945 | 2003-08-27 13:12:00 | Well, I looked on Google and found someone else compaining of a similar thing. Trouble was they didn't say if they fixed it. Obvious question, but have you completely powered it down, i.e.unplug it, wait a few minutes and repower it? |
