Hope someone out there can answer this one. Business colleague and I often need to exchange Excel or Word attachments. Lately her attachments have been grayed out and I have been unable to open them. Anything either of us have done to cause this? Both using XP,Outlook Express, and Xtra. |

In oulook express click tools,options, click sercurity tab, uncheck the "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that potentially be a virus".
thats the only think I can think of..hope it works. |
