| 171093 | 2003-08-27 23:19:00 | Hi, i have the message come up on startup as follows. deskup.exe This application has failed to start because shortcuts.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem. I clearly have deleted a programme and part was left behind. I do not need whatever programme it was and would like to know how to get rid of this annoying message please David |

| 171096 | 2003-08-31 05:42:00 | many thanks for that help, it looks like a reload of the origonal programme as I used the programmme jv16 Power Tools to delete from the registry and when I rebooted it was still there (first time that that has happened). It is good to know what programme the problem related to as I had deleted several at about the same time Many thanks to you both David |
