171738 2003-08-30 09:37:00 I downloaded this from the Microsoft site a few days ago. Since then it is slower to start, my daughter's log on shows 15 unread mail and there are none - shutting down the computer doesn't change this. I want to remove it so I went to Control Panel to do this on Add/Remove Programs. Then before it did this it showed a list of software I had that would/may not run properly if I remove this. Getting a little peeved here as all I want to do is go back where I was - shouldn't have tried to fix what wasn't broke. I thought this was going to make my computer more secure but I am still getting virus emails (which luckily are getting quarantined before doing any damage. Please, anyone out there, I want to remove this service pack but don't want to lose functionality of my current software. Help !!!!! dutchie (3928)

171742 2003-08-31 01:22:00 She has a hotmail account and a .net account but mail only comes through from the .net account as she has the hotmail for chat only. dutchie (3928)
