| 171664 | 2003-08-29 23:06:00 | my parents just bought a new computer form the pc company. We had to what for almost 3 weeks for delivery and then the computer came with no instructions. So i had to look at our old one to find out where everything went. I then went to set up the internet connection with pcconnect. A internet service provider for pc company customers. A called them up set up the connection everything seemed okay. Then when i typed in my username and password it wouldnt work. The guy on the phone said it would be set up by 5:00 that very day. It was three days before it started to work. It is also a terrible connection. It usually around the 10k per second and only somes keeps above 40k. I dont recommend the pc company or pcconnect to any unless you are used to dealing with problems. |

However, I do think your posting is marginal, so I humbly ask that you at least use a new ID in future. BTW, I was on the line with Xtra for half an hour yesterday for a customer, and they denied they were the ISP the whole time. By the time they had figured out they WERE the ISP, the problem had fixed itself and I had driven back to my office. Nobody's perfect. robo. |
