171496 2003-08-31 05:27:00 1152 x 864 on a 17" Sony Trinitron @ 85Hz - home

1024 x 768 on 17" Philips @75Hz - work

Would like to run it higher at work but the graphics cards aren't good enough for that.

171497 2003-08-31 06:25:00 At home-
1. 1152 x 864 - 32 bit; Philips 109p4 19" CRT (Win XP/98se)
2. 800 x 600 - 32 bit; PC Co. 17' CRT (Win XP)
3. 600 x 480 - 16 bit; 14" Tatung CRT (Win 98se) - this is my jukebox and usually runs through the tv - 34" RCA - crap resolution and fuzzy as.
4. 600 x 480 - 16 bit; Compaq 14" CRT (Win 98se) - its a VGA monitor and thats its best effort!

At work-
1024 x 768 - 16 bit; 17" Compaq CRT

I saw a Dell Trinitron (I'm guessing the same technology) 21" advertised (second hand) in a computer shop today - it seems they may have a few of them - for $399incl

My all integrated Compucon system complete with upgraded flatscreen monitor seems to do well with only a 4mB graphics card. OK, every now and then I have trouble, but the thread contains a suggestion for me - drop my res.
My Res? currently 1024*768,
15" flatscreen. Did I say Compucon? :D
Oh, and there was one other question in this survey, wasn't there?
4 Got what it was. :|
