171722 2003-08-30 08:09:00 Whilst in the Bios, none of the regular things are working. The whole printscreen button is supported by Dos/windows. You need Windows for copying the screen to the buffer as well.
I think a program that queries the Bios from Windows is what you want.
Or, more easily, some manufacturers Bios will let you save the settings to a file, which you can print after you load Windows.

171723 2003-08-30 08:11:00 I just had a quick look for something to query your bios from Windows but doesn't look too promising, check the website of the bios manufacturer.

171724 2003-08-30 09:33:00 Theres a couple of simple alternatives.

One "freeware" (almost) solution, a very very old one. Its called "pencil and paper"

Another higher tech one, if you have a digital camera. Photograph each page of the BIOS screen.

Some OEM systems have BIOS interrogation programs, some don't.
Most BIOS settings are fine on "default", which means you only need to record the differences from default.

171725 2003-08-30 10:05:00 Well, I can print a BIOS screen with Shift+Print Screen keys, but I use an old NEC dot matrix for text printing connected to the printer port (not USB). Terry Porritt (14)
