171761 2003-08-30 23:33:00 Gidday,

Asus www.asus.com

OR

Gigabyte tw.giga-byte.com

Check out Toms Hardware http://www.tomshardware.com/

OR

AnandTech www.anandtech.com

I gather you have already checked these sites out.

Not being a AMD user I can't really say much but have 2x ASUS boards CUBX 440BX still going strong and an ASUS P4P800 (recent purchase) .
I like the PCProbe program that ASUS use.

Well that's my 2 cents worth :)

171764 2003-08-31 01:02:00 It comes down to what you want but personally I have two Gigabyte MBs. One 8XIRP and 1 8KNXP. I also have an ASUS MB and have not had any trouble with any of them. Big John (551)

171766 2003-08-31 07:01:00 depnds a lot on what PRICE they are.

asus are often overpriced and sometimes overtweaked however they are usually the fastest boards around and well supported.

171767 2003-08-31 08:27:00 Hi Chaos, I was looking at the getting Gigabyte GA-7NNXP but ended up buying the Gigabyte GA-7n400 Pro2 which has most of the features the GA-7NNXP has & it's about a hundred bucks cheaper.
So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cheers Steve

171768 2003-09-01 22:36:00 I have an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe and it has been great. Only one crash in about 4 months. Great stability. And i think it will last me a lot longer than my old MSI Crazkilla (4482)
