| 171998 | 2003-08-31 10:17:00 | I have picked up an internal printserver for an HPLaser4+. It is a Castelle Jetpress MIO. When connected to my NT4 network it reports "cant boot to Unix....etc". Is there any way I can configure the TCPIP so I can use it, or is it a lemon. Regards Don |

Or, even worse, only Token ring (if its network connector is a BNC). :D If it has a serial console port on it (usually a DB9), try connecting a PC to that with a null-modem cable, and powering it up will running a terminal programme on the PC (9600 baud, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit should be fine). See what it says about itself as it starts. |
