If it maintains any sort of momentum I think Telecom will have to take notice. There are comments from people who live overseas but are coming home to NZ and all sorts. Do try to keep it constructive, F1ers. robo. |

Telecom's really going to take notice of the opinion of a sexually insecure 9 year old) and ones that are obviously from people who dont know what on earth they are talking about. Perhaps the petition author should have added: "if you dont know what the hell you are talking about, or cant type in clear english, dont add a comment" bad comments bring down the credibility of the petition :( It started last night and I'm amazed its at 500+ so far... the more the word is spread the better |

| 172358 | 2003-09-02 05:04:00 | I do not think that Telecom will listen to this Petition because it is a unofficial site (e.g. it is not on the NZ Gov website & the site is US basted as well. So try again We just have to live with it for now & wait & see what happens. If you are very unhappy then some one need to set-up a NZ site & get a lot of public response! Then Telecom might listen. |

| 172359 | 2003-09-02 05:26:00 | The volume and speed of the response should be enough for the media to notice, which might just help assist Telecom to notice. We just need to nudge the thing to the attention of the media to see what happens. robo. |

Anyway I won't sign it, the > last day on Earth will come before I grovel to that > lot With respect Greg, thats a bit like refusing to vote then complaining about the Govt you get or your local MP. I don't see how signing a petition, even if it it just a protest, is grovelling. To me its quite the opposite, its registering your difference to Telecoms view of the world. Cheers Murray P |

"remind by repetitive means en masse" email telecom . . . I wonder how many others have spammed or signed repetitively? My guess is that Telecom will have a good laugh over their morning teas, and NOTHING will change . |
