| 172373 | 2003-09-01 21:46:00 | I am running Windows 2000 pro and have just loaded Winfax on my machine The default settings cause certain components to load automatically and I wish to stop this from happening so I can load them manually when I CHOOSE to. I have checked the startup folder and there is nothing there relating to Winfax. This suggests that the items are being loaded from the registry entries. How can I prevent this app from loading automatically? |

| 172374 | 2003-09-01 22:12:00 | Go start-run and type in msconfig A window will open with one of the pages saying startup. In there, just untick what you don't want to start up. I think you may have to have administration rights to do it though. | Pheonix (280) | ||
