| 172710 | 2003-09-03 02:30:00 | Hey I know this is seriously off topic but.... I'm a student at UNTIEC in my 3rd year of a BCS (Bachelor Computing Systems) and I'm doing a Help Desk paper. As part of that we have to work 12 hours on a real help desk. My contact just fell through - I was originally set to do the hours at work, but they can't take me now because a project has higher priority. Does anyone run a help desk or know of any that might be willing to take me for those 12 hours? It has to be completed by 29th September. Thanks, Haidee |

| 172711 | 2003-09-03 04:13:00 | If you're in Auckland or Wellington, try Teletech (they run Xtra's 1st and 2nd level support). Auckland location is Newmarket. They often have students around to tour their premises, so they might be able to assist. However there's quite a lot of training involved and they may be somewhat reluctant to let you loose on live customers - but worth a try | Greg S (201) | ||
