172586 2003-09-02 11:49:00 I've always wondered what radio station geeks listen to...

Couldn't find anything under search so started a new post.

I'll start off. I listen to 90.2 the rock.

My hypothesis is that most geeks listen to bfm, the rock being a mechanic/builder/etc station.

prove me wrong guys...

172590 2003-09-02 12:08:00 hi guys

in terms of Auckland, i will definitely choose Station of the year (1996, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003) which is 91.8 More FM...

otherwise maybe classic hits sometimes

172593 2003-09-02 12:23:00 I forget the last time I heard the radio. Only ever hear it when in some shops, or in a car (not often).

Catch the charts on TV every now and again but that is all. My computer does all the music I need at the moment.

Used to listen to Channel Z last time I heard it, it was a tad repetitive though. Also used to listen to The Rock a bit.

Most of the time I listen to Solid Gold if I have a radio on for some reason... I should probably check out R.D.U though.

It will most likely be around the 98MHz area Stu. Hence why it is called I 98 FM.

172595 2003-09-02 13:54:00 Real g33ks would be using paradise.net's streaming radio to listen to music. Then they can still be using there computer at the same time ;) DMcKenzie (4203)
