| 173041 | 2003-09-07 04:09:00 | "pumping a few volts through" won't trigger the WON restart. :D The three pin connector has +5VSB, ground and WON. I think pulling the WON pin to ground does it. (The system is that the network card is powered up -- with the SB supply. It recognises a "magic packet" which is its own MAC number repeated about 6 times, and pulls the WON line to the appropriate level briefly). Have a look for the projects which tell you how to build an MP3 player. |
