| 173026 | 2003-09-04 21:54:00 | I run Windows ME on my laptop and Microsoft update says I should get Explorer latest service pack but it will take too long to stay on line both at work or home. Firstly should I get the service pack and secondly how can I perhaps get a disc to update it. Thanks. | bruciebear (1478) | ||

The PC World and other magazines have often had service packs on their CDs but I am not sure whether they have lately. Someone else may be able to advise. | tommy (2826) | ||

It's on the PCW Cover Disc, yes, and I too agree that its worth upgrading! Dont forget to run Spybot Search and destroy to kill the Alexa Spyware that comes with it ;-) |
