| 173464 | 2003-09-07 05:47:00 | there should be a helpfile on the website when u locate the bios upgrade download. www.ibm.com clik something like download or support and use the search engine to locate ur machine type - ur machine model # is under the machine next to the serial number. Its not called 600E but like 2662-XXXX etc etc... have a charged battery and read the helpfile to prepare it .... |

| 173465 | 2003-09-07 06:45:00 | Umm if you just want to get into it for configuration purposes... Try taping Delete, or F2 during startup (straight after it's turned on) those are the two gold standards for getting into the BIOS |
