173278 2003-09-05 23:46:00 When I try to dial-up I always get this dialog box telling me that the modem is already being ussed by another Dial-Up Networking Connection or another program.

I have deleted and reinstalled the modem, and the Dial-Up connection. I have run RegClean. And anything else that might possibly help. To no effect. CTRL-ALT-DELETE shows no program running that might be the cause.

Can anyone help?

173279 2003-09-06 00:42:00 CTRL-ALT-DELETE and look for RNAAPP and if found end task.

You could also try reinstalling Dialup networking provided you are not using Win XP

Add/Remove Programs --> Windows
Setup --> Communications.

Remove the Dialup networking checkmark. Close the control panel. Restart the Machine. Once the machine is restarted you will need to repeat the process
above to reinstall Dialup networking.

173281 2003-09-06 05:51:00 Have you run spy-bot search and destroy???

This might fix the problem as well.
