173359 2003-09-06 10:34:00 I was running Just RedHat 9, but had a LAN party and tried to install XP.. it killed EVERYTHING!

Anyways, I'm going to be Dual-Booting Slackware 9.0 and RedHat 9.0 within 24 horus ;-)

I've also got a 486 I've currently got Slackware 9.0 on, trying to set it up as a kvm-less MP3 server :D

173362 2003-09-07 08:56:00 Main system runs mandrake 9.1.

Installed debian (mission impossible) on a another mainly win98 system. Just to have a play.

And smoothwall is running a 486 sharing the net connection.

173363 2003-09-07 09:11:00 I run Red Hat 9 which dual boots with WinME (although I rarely boot up ME). I also have XP on a separate machine.

I had Slackware - Live CD (http://www.slackware-live.org/) running today (~190MB) which was quite nice :)

173365 2003-09-08 00:08:00 Run XP Pro on the new hard drive and I run Mandrake 9.0 on the old hard drive in my main pc. Don't use it too much though - mainly for backups if windows dies (I can just copy to the old hdd).

Also trying to get smoothwall going on a 486 but having major troubles finding a network card that will work in it :o

173368 2003-09-08 05:56:00 I am running windows xp pro / windows server 2003 as my primary os, mainly because my modem won't work under Linux mandrake 9.1.

And all you guys probely start laughing and saying "use scanmodem!", but this said that i can not use this modem under linux. If any of you guys want to know, the modem is a soft 56 k.

I like linux (if the modem would work)
