Hi Im using Microsoft Access to sort data in a printable report by headings. What I would like to do is make the first page a contents page to tell readers where things are. How do you do this??? |

Do you have Word?
Import it into Word and use the TOC facility of Word. |

Have word but want to have the ability of updating the database constantly without exporting it everytime the operation is done. Thought that it must be possible to do in access with some part of the indexing functionality. |

Yes looks a bit daunting doesnt it. If I get some time later in the week I will have a go at it and if I can get it to work I'll post a link to an MDB file that you can download and have a look. No promises though :-) |
