| 173938 | 2003-09-08 08:36:00 | Hi, I have a Gigabyte GA-8IEX MB, and my PC is running XP Home. My USB ports have gone walkabout, though they seem to have power. I have had this before when I installed Intel Application Accelerator (curious in its own right...) however I haven't installed that this time round. Has anyone experienced this before, or have ay suggestions to remedy this? I'd quite like to download some photos from my camera! Cheers, Dean PS. I've tried uninstalling and redetecting the hub and ports, GB's website etc. |

It worked for a while, and again on a second install, but now the software won't read the camera, and it won't set up a removable disc 'F' either. I've tried uninstall then installing again but without success. | WalOne (4202) | ||

The motherboard, if you made it yourself should HAVE the USB drivers on a CD. If u have the CD install the drivers. And SP1. Also, an update for 1.1 and USB just came out for XP. So, might be a good idea to get em! |
