1322044 2013-01-08 22:52:00 Forgotten about the Bentley? I did - Perhaps -Unless if you are British. Rarely see Bently's here, and thought UK had stop making them or merged/transferred ownerhip. Bently claim their Continental GT Speed Cabriolet's the fastest 4 door convertible, 6 litre(!) twin turbo at 160, 000 GPD. The Super Power Soft Top (www.dailymail.co.uk) - For UK Celebs or Royalty only? kahawai chaser (3545)

I was about to ask the same thing!!!

Also would you get fined / lose your licence for going 200 MPH if your defending statement was Bently told me too?

Maybe those that can afford a Bently can afford to hire a race track in the UK to boot over 200 mph instead?

1322049 2013-01-08 23:40:00 There's about 3 in Auckland I see often, usually around Remmers. (Not this model, though).

John Banks is the driver of one of them. Guess he either owns it or is moonlighting as a chauffeur / gofer.

1322050 2013-01-09 00:33:00 I used to like Bentleys.

"Bentley is based in Crewe, Cheshire, where it employs 4,000 people, builds more than 6,000 cars a year and exports £500m of vehicles abroad, including to China, the USA and the Middle East.
It is now owned by German car-giant Volkswagen."

There was a pic years ago in the Herald, tow truck tried to tow one of the older models, the tow truck was stuck with it's front wheels up in the air - they had to get a bigger truck....

1322051 2013-01-09 04:23:00 I find that the Bentley is a little bit too square for my liking. But still, they go fast!
I saw a Lamborghini Gallardo a month or so back...real nice car.
