Has anyone in christchurch got the skills and gear to fabricate rollcage on a stockcar? I need/want to replace the top and front, relatively simple but beyond my capabilities and I'm not sure if my design will be sufficient. Cheers |

My uncle owns a engineering business, he could do it.

Might pay to check with the Stock car ruling body about designs. |

They have very vague rules, recently they tidied them up a bit but still leaves alot of the design to whoever is doing it. I have attached a pic of what I want to do, the idea is to give me more room in car and also fit body tighter. Just not sure if kinking the front out will effect strength. Basically what the shape at the back is what I want at the front. |
