I went through a tank of gas . . . you go there, then the next place, who give you several more forms and you take them to place number 3 . Then later back and 2 more forms, and then oh says the one signed form number 4, the hospital filled that out wrong . I'm think, I go back??? No lucky someone did an on system thing too so he passed it . Great . Although what the point of that guy was I still don't know, but never mind . So then the actual details, oh you need a X, great, I'll go at which point Ms Helpful says no I'll get it . Well no, I got called go pick it up, and it turned out to be a gigantic, weighs as much as a small car coffin . Er no . We couldn’t move it easily empty . Abandoned that, rang a place - can I have a not a coffin thing, yes . Great . Oh and the crematorium, this is a Cemetery mind you, cash or cheque they say . No eftpos? No Visa? No . never heard such a thing . Oh and exact amount, no change he says . So go to bank, get exact cash . Really, lucky I could, what about people doing it all on credit? The bureaucracy is amazing really . Oh and one more thing when I hear back from DIA . . . I have to register the death . Not a death cert, a before that thing . No idea of fee yet, no online, have to apply then they'll tell me sometime I guess how and where . Of course . Then I'm going away for a few days . Alone . In peace .	piroska (17583)

I emailed DIA in prep for my mums passing, and they have a digital form, but they don't make it available online for some @#$% knows why reason. I'll try to attach it. This version is 12 months old, so small chance of being out of date/modified since. And my condolences as well. Small mercy that he didn't linger in that state for months. His family live all over . . . miles away, son in Akld . Sorting finances the next step . Well **** happens . Think the cat is next, she 19 and not well now, not going to watch her die slowly .
