174891 2003-09-13 10:26:00 Sorry, Blank Harry, I missed something.

What part of your answer helped Gale?

Cheers,

174892 2003-09-13 10:30:00 Hi again, Gale.

Is your problem solved? If not, ask again. It's a known problem with an easy solution.

Your reply is intelligent, concise and accurate.

I was going to say, "Just what the Hell do you think you're doing in this thread?" but Susan might mis-interpret that. (Good reply, Susan)

174895 2003-09-14 03:03:00 Hi Alan. I read your original post as; There is a very good answer to your problem on the net that would/may express it better than I/we could here and you might learn someting meaningfull at the same time.

It took me two reads and several scans of some of your phrases to reach that conclusion and because there are such big spaces between the lines, perhaps I've been too charitable. A less cryptic, more to the point response to the question may have avoided the subsequent (abusive) blowtorch approach and the loss of focus on the problem (solved in post 3).

Entertaining all the same.

174896 2003-09-14 05:19:00 You're right, Murray .

The link provided by Susan in post three is a full answer to all but one or two cases of the "No Access Licence on this machine" problem .

> . . . there are such big spaces between the lines

Interesting . At my end it shows the same double spacing as the majority of other messages .

Alan

OK, well much lesser incidents than that cause me to lose the plot big time so I am sure you could be forgiven. It would be better to teach people about Google a little more tactfully next time though, otherwise we might start losing our customers here on the forum. :p

Can't say I am a fan of Bell either, despite the effect it has on that enthusiastic minister. Never does that for me. :D
