Can someone tell me please where I can download Video Editing software from. It has to be compatible with MOV files. Unfortunately the built-in Moviemaker in XP does not handle these files. All software I have found so far do exclude MOV files. Help would be very much appreciated, - thanks |

I cant be specific, but http://www.dvdrhelp.com/ have a huge amount of links(probally under tools down the left hand side of the page.
And you could run a search thru their forum for mov editing(or you could ask, although they would probally prefer you done a search first) |

Seems your best bet is to run the mov file through tmpgenc and re-encode it into a different format. |

Thanks Metla, I tried what you suggested. To convert my MOV files I have to download a programme called 'Quick Editor' which I haven't managed to do yet. Still trying, wish me luck. Thanks again, - cheers |
