| 175811 | 2003-09-16 21:19:00 | Last evening while switching on the printer, I accidently switched it off for a few seconds during its warmup cleaning process. Ever since, the PC wont communicate with the printer, "unable to Establish Communications" please check it is connected etc.... The printer self test OK, shuffles the paper correctly and prepares the next shet for printing. BUT, when I look at the Printer properties, Ink status is greyed out as well as a few other tabs. Test print doesnt do anything, printing out of a single sheet does nothing, the printer data light no longer flashes. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the printer several times, but the Communication Failure still remains. Ive checked the leads are correctly fitted etc, so Im stumped as to whats going on.
