176952 2003-09-22 04:36:00 Hiya,
I've just got Vice City for PC (great game), the only problem is that it runs a little slow... My specs are Athlon XP 2000+, GF4 MX 440 64mb, 512mb RAM..

Now when i try run the game at 800x600x32 it lags a bit!, even 640x480x16 is still slow. Seriously this shouldn't be happening, these sort of specs are pretty good. Someone i know has a GF2 MX and it runs perfect at 1024x768 (P4 2.4ghz).

Does anyone know any fixes for this, i've tweaked every little thing!, this is really starting to annoy me as it is a great game and this is wrecking it a bit. Any help for this would be great!

176954 2003-09-22 05:31:00 As already suggested, update to latest NVidia drivers (45.23 I think) and also latest chipset drivers for your mainboard. Via most likely as you have an AMD XP CPU.
