havent heard of an actual staff organisation chart program but you could use a program that makes flow charts like RFlow, or even just use Word to make a flow chart? |

OK I understand that. I already have MS OrgChart that does a good basic job. I now need one that can insert a photo of each person. Seems they are all commercial products needing $$$$ I was not looking to pay out. |

You could perhaps use a spreadsheet programme - the free Office clones usually have a decent spreadsheet app, eg OpenOffice |
