Where do you get those figures??? The reason I ask is because after a quick Google search I found a site that lists 87 codes that are blacklisted by XP SP1. In otherwords, if any of those codes are detected when SP1 is installed, it'll complain. I'm sure there are many many others that have also been blacklisted by SP1. Microsoft has announced (they have a Knowledge Base article somewhere) that there are two "bogus" product keys, which have been blocked - I suspect this is what you're referring to? Mike. |
