Now my laptop appears to boot up properly but with no screen I cant figure a way to reload the display driver which was accidently deleted. Downloaded the driver off the net but again with nothing on the screen after the Windows XP Professional loading window I cant find a way to re-install the driver. Its a dual boot system with Linux which isnt affected. Any suggestions ?? |

Have you tried in safe mode? |

Thanks, unfortunatly since the Linux installation most options in F8 come up with a long list of discriptives about the partitioning. Safe Mode doesnt offer an option. |
