| 177392 | 2003-09-23 12:05:00 | I encounter this error when updating my Windows XP Pro. Probably it's my firewall, ZoneAlarm blocking it. But, how do I configure ZoneAlarm to allow this update? I'm using Zone Alarm Pro 3.7 Cheers |

It's most likely ZA is blocking it because my another machine (without ZA) has no problem in getting the update. I added the URL to the 'Trusted Zone' doesn't produce any results :( |

| 177397 | 2003-09-24 00:11:00 | Tried just now to log in as Administrator rather than 'Shift-right click' IE to run as Administrator (used to previously) and successfully updated my Windows XP. So it is not my Zone Alarm is giving me the problem. My other machine (no Zone Alarm) is without any other user accounts, and that's why it works without any problems. Cheers |
