1347725 2013-07-10 23:03:00 Sounds like a physical fault in the matrixing, given that all keys in that row are affected and extra pressure sometimes works. But then it's electronics!

If the replacement doesn't fix it, you might be able to deduce the cause from this page (philipstorr.id.au) as it seems to cover most of the bases.

1347727 2013-07-11 01:30:00 Yup must have been a break somewhere. My sister in oz ordered one on Ebay oz on 4/7 (The site I gave previously), it arrived today from the US (New York). Removed the old one, connected the new one. All good. The home keys work now Speedy Gonzales (78)
