They received the package on Friday morning according to UPS, and I have got no email or notification on the account that my item has been received so I can pay for shipping. How long did you have to wait for UPS to send an email after tracking said it has been delivered? I've sent them an email asking the whereabouts of my package. | sahilcc7 (15483) | ||

We were away from home, so I didn't pay. Sun 27.01.13 - Youshop reminder for me to pay. Ditto - I paid Ditto - Youshop email - order complete. Tues 29.01.13 - Youshop email reporting parcel dispatched from USA warehouse est 4-5 days for delivery to NZ (they use slow planes or fast ships). Sun 3.02.13 - Youshop email "Your parcel has arrived in NZ", tracking number supplied, est 2-3 days delivery. Mon 4.02.13 - Parcel arrived. I don't know what UPS has to do with your order, and why they should email you. All emails should come from NZ Post Youshop. I suggest you check your account with NZ Post Youshop to see what is happening. |
