177823 2003-09-26 22:37:00 What do you mean by hotlist,Spuddy?I'm trying to sort them out in Opera too, especially since I've got the mouse controls going better! Neil McC (178)
177824 2003-09-26 22:47:00 Sorry,have found the hotlist,thanks. Neil McC (178)
177825 2003-09-26 23:05:00 Hi Neil,

Remember that F4 toggles the Hotlist off and on. :-)

Opera does seem to be much faster these days, doesn't it? It is a pity that the tabs do not behave the same way as Firebird, or if they can I still haven't found out how to make them the same. :-(

You will find your Favorites Folder under C:\WINDOWS\Favorites.

177828 2003-09-27 03:45:00 Thanks Susan.Have somehow got the scroll button opening new windows, like Firebird opens new tabs,so that makes it easier to use, without actually going to that new window, until you select it.
Don't know how to set that up,as I was fiddling with the scroll button and it asked me if I wanted it set up that way!!!But it just closed down on me a minute ago, while reading that magical internet tricks post.
:O

177829 2003-09-27 07:39:00 I like it how firebird opens the new page up in the background. Cos with Opera I find myself constantly clicking back to the page I was just reading, before I opened the new window. Its a real pain.

I think you can go: right click on the link, open in background page. That does it. I wish opera would let you customise the right click menu to how u want it - anyone want to send a request to opera for it? ;)

Alt+P > Mouse and keyboard > Middle click options > Open in background page. ;-)
